QUDOS

This initiative was set up by our very own Andy Allen as the UHSx ‘Excellence Reporting’ or ‘Greatix’ system. 

We are all familiar with the process of incident reporting or 'datix', but learning from excellence is just as important. 

Excellent practice is happening all the time and we should notice and celebrate it. There is no definition of excellence and how we treat one another is just as important as how we treat our patients. 

Feeling valued, noticed and appreciated can truly enhance personal wellbeing and team morale.
